Description
This drawing of mine was inspired by a scene in one of my classic favourite anime films, Patlabor 2. If you're familar with the anime, you'll recognize what scene I've drawen here.
In it, man takes on man using bad-ass mechs, in a crucial battle set to decide the fate of the world as its on the verge of WWIII. As for it having any personal meaning, it's basically overcoming the odds in your path.
The picture also has great sentimental value to me because my beloved Aunt died the same night I completed this drawing on paper. Being the last picture she had seen.
So....I'd just like to share this peice of art with everyone, It's a enjoyable peice of eye candy, and I hope to hear your comments in return.
Drawen and colored by Dane Atkinson using pencils, coloring pencils, and ArcSoft Photostudio 2000 for the final touch ups.
